Customer Testimonials
We consider our experience rating — the score given to us by our customers — as the most important number in our business. For the last two years we have had independent surveys conducted of our customers. We did not get to chose who was surveyed and the results were:
- In 2007, 86% of our customers rated us "5 out of 5" and 100% said they would recommend us.
- In 2008, 89% rated us "5 out of 5" and again 100% said they would recommend us.
- This year we are determined to raise that score above 90%. We approach every job wanting a "5 out of 5"
